Perk Bottles
In the 'Spawn Room' the player can find multiple perk bottles over next to the Quick Revive machine in the drinks counter.
Note Warning About Richtofen
If the player looks under the staircase next to the main stage then they shall see a note. This note is a warning about not trusting Richtofen.
Blank Portraits
If the player looks outside of a zombie barrier outside of the 'Spawn Room' they shall see on the wall are 4 blank portraits of a person as a black silhouette.
Manhattan Down
If the player heads to the 'Dresser Room' they shall find a load of letters on the floor. If they look at it closely they will see the certain letters spell out 'Manhattan Down'.
Ignomo Jubilus Paper
If the player looks outside one of the zombie barriers at the back of the 'Stage' they shall see in a book there is a small torn piece of paper that says 'Ignomo Jubilus'.
Illuminati Symbol
If the player looks outside the zombie barrier in the 'Dresser Room' next to the music Easter Egg rock they can see in a open book there is a torn piece of paper with the Illuminati symbol on it.
Movie Posters
The player will notice that around the map there are 3 different movie posters advertised. These hint at future maps that came to be in Black Ops 1 Zombies.
Character Portraits
If the player heads to the Mule Kick perk machine room they shall see on the wall are 4 portraits of each of the 4 crew members and 1 shadow person portrait. If the player interacts with each of them then depending on the character they play as they will get different quotes.
Test Subjects
There are multiple containers full of test subjects around the theater which Group 935 were experimenting on. There are also some that are open implying that some of the test subjects escaped.
Alley Sign Meaning
In the 'Alley' the player can find a destroyed sign. This sign is in German and translates to 'German Sun Cinema'.
100 Free Points from Perk Machines Easter Egg
The player can obtain 100 points from each perk machine by laying down in front of them. If in co-op, only the first player who lays down in front of the machine can obtain the 100 points. The machines that the player can lay down in front of are:
Quick Revive
Double Tap II
Speed Cola
Jugger-Nog
Mule Kick
Teddy Bears
The player can see there are multiple Teddy Bears around the stage area.
Zetsubou No Shima Zombie Model
If the player looks outside of the map with noclip next to the Quick Revive perk machine they shall see a A-posing Zetsubou No Shima zombie model. This model is then used properly outside of the zombie barrier next to the Double Tap II perk machine, where the player can see this zombie model on top of the blue car.
Morg City Bus
If the player uses noclip outside of the 'Spawn Room' they shall find a Morg City bus from the map Shadows of Evil.
Samantha's Hide and Seek: How to Activate Music Easter Egg/Max Ammo
How to complete the Samantha's Hide and Seek Easter Egg and receive a free Max Ammo and activate the song 'Samantha's Sorrow' by Brian Tuey on Kino der Toten Remastered.
To start this Easter Egg the player must head out into the 'Alley'. They will see a blue door which once they get close to will start to make tapping sounds. This specifies a sequence of numbers which the player will need to listen to and then repeat the sequence back to the door by knifing it. The player will need to input 3 numbers for a total of 3 sequences of numbers. If the player makes a mistake or takes too long then they will head fast tapping on the door. They will then need to wait 1 minute for the door to reset.

Once the player has entered in the sequence correctly Samantha will laugh.
The player now needs to head to the main 'Theater' room and to the right hand side of the stage on the floor they shall see lying on the floor will see a Samantha doll.
Once the player interacts with this the doll will disappear and the player will need to find and shoot all the Samantha dolls around the map as quickly as possible. There are 10 possible spawn locations for the Samantha Doll, which are random every time. The player will need to shoot the Samantha Doll a total of 5 times. Once the player has shot all 5 of the Samantha dolls they will once again hear a Samantha laugh.
If the player now returns to where they found the original Samantha doll laying on the floor, they will see the doll is now standing upright and spinning around in circles. Once the player interacts with the Samantha doll a bone arm will pull the Samantha doll underground and the player will then receive a Free Max Ammo power-up and the song Samantha's Sorrow will begin to play.

Wooden Door Noises
If the player goes into the room with the fire trap they will notice a wooden door. If the player walks up to this door they will start to hear noises from the other side of it. These sounds can be heard in the video below.
